The amazing Colleen & Joe, a wonderful couple from Carmel, California, visited their friend German Loperena in Bayona, Galicia (NorthWest Spain) for the first time in 2017.

 

 Colleen and Joe felt in love with this Celtic region, with its culture, its food and its people. That is why they decided that they needed to share their Galician experience with their closest friends from the US and UK, by doing the pilgrimage "The Way" (or Way of Saint James), that would take them to the gorgeous medieval city of Santiago de Compostela, in the heart of this region that some experienced travelers call Galifornia.

This was not an easy task for German. All the people in the group were experienced premium travelers, and organizing something unique and outstanding for them was a real challenge.

How do we know that The Extraordinary Way exceded their expectations? Their unforgettable experience was the seed for their ever lasting unbreakable bond and the foundation for the following really nice "ways", like the ones they experienced in Chicago (USA), Dublin (Ireland), Stonehenge/Bath (England), Carmel (USA), Via Francigena (Italy), and Normandy (France).

All of them share something in common, the unforgettable experience of "EL CAMINO".
